Just received a Luis Castillo “Smoke and Mirrors” insert (SM-4). It took 40 days since the draw to received a card. I live in Canada so that may have added a couple days to delivery.
It came in large FedEX mailer, bubble envelop inside, cardboard envelope inside that, and the card sleeved and in a top loader.

In today’s Mail a Stephen Strasburg Smoke & Mirrors #SM-5 Card. Shipped well in a top loader and penny sleeve with a Topps sticker sealing the top. Then inside a cardboard mailer enclosed in a bubble mailer! Not a bad deal for the cost of a stamp!
